What you need:

  • 1/2 kilogram spaghetti pasta
  • 10 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • a quarter cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan gouda

Cook pasta to al dente according to package information. Place garlic and olive oil in a pan and grill over medium high heat, stirring until garlic is silver. When ready, add the cooked pasta in the container and toss to coat with oil and garlic cloves. Add the parsley and chilli flakes then winter with salt and pepper. What you need:

  • 1/2 kilogram pasta
  • 1/2 kilogram cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 pcs. Zucchini, thinly sliced in addition to quartered
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup earth-friendly peas
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup serious cream

Kosher salt and ground black pepper to flavour
Mix together pasta, mushrooms, zucchini, garlic, thyme, mineral water and green peas in a large stock pot. Fire up to combine ingredients well. Season with salt and spice up.
